How to Become a Member

ATS members can be all natural or legal persons that develop, directly or indirectly, activities in the tourism sector in the municipality of Sintra, or that have recognized merit in the tourist development of the destination.

To become a member of our association, please fill out the registration form on this page and after submitting, wait for the sending of your membership number and proof of membership.

According to the ATS statutes,
The monthly membership fee is € 10.00, payable by the 8th day of the month to which it refers.

In the case of several establishments being operated by the same entity, the second establishment will have a 40% discount and in case of having three or more establishments the discount will be 50% in each membership fee.

Promotion of Members on ATS official website and social networks.

Representation of Members interests with the Governmental Entities (Turismo de Portugal) and other Public Organizations (CMS) and private ones.

Cooperation with other entities and professional associations for Sintra development.

Promotion and exhibition in fairs, workshops, and other events in foreign and national markets (famtrips, bloggers)

Liaison between professional schools and Members for student professional training, allowing suitable training for the tourism and catering industry.

Organization of clarification sessions, workshops, professional training and congresses on topics relevant to the sector in which the Members benefit from preferential conditions.

Access to promotional tools (brochures, merchandising).

Disclosure of updated and relevant information.

Discounts and benefits arising from protocols and agreements with Partners, established by the association.

Networking and development of partnerships between companies in the region.
